SUNSHINE COAST CREATIVE ALLIANCE – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
6 DECEMBER 2011
We wish to invite you to, the 2011 Annual General Meeting which will convene at 7.00pm, Mezz Bar (Peregian Beach Hotel) after the “Share Your Wares II” event.
The primary purpose of the AGM will be:
• The election of the Management Committee from a list of nominations to be tabled.

• Notice and Agenda – SCCA AGM 6 DECEMBER 2011;
• Nomination form;
• Proxy form (if you are a financial member who is unable to attend the AGM, please complete and return your Proxy Form as soon as possible to info@thecreativealliance.org)
