The very first AUSfolk conference will be held on site at Woodfordia, home of the annual Woodford Folk Festival, September 2nd - 4th 2010. The Queensland Folk Federation (QFF), a not-for-profit community organisation (producers of the Woodford Folk Festival, The Dreaming and The Planting), are playing host to AUSfolk Folk Alliance Australia Convention. AUSfolk is a conference for cultural activists, organisers, venue, club and event managers highlighting community and cultural events. Folks, you are welcome to come along and immerse yourself in hypothetical, debate, forum, entertainment, networking, presentations and information on effectively creating community events.
